About You

* Awareness of disability in everyday life
* A natural willingness to notice and assist others
* Respect for dignity, choice, and independence
During the recruitment process, we may ask about your exposure to people with disabilities in your own life or community. As a family business, we were raised alongside people impacted by disability, and this shapes how we care for our staff and the children we support.
