We are currently seeking a Receptionist & Office Administrator to provide support across both the reception and office management functions. This position will be responsible for the operation of the reception and ensuring the smooth running of the office's day-to-day administrative operations.
Reporting to the National HR Manager, this Perth based position requires a highly organised, proactive, and meticulous individual with effective communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Responsibilities will include:
Reception
- Welcome guests and clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression of the company,
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails and managing inquiries in a professional manner,
- Assisting with appointments scheduling and managing calendars as required,
- Performing various administrative duties such as filing, data entry and managing correspondence,
- Monitoring office supplies and coordinating the restocking process with vendors,
- Conducting clerical support tasks such as organising meetings, preparing presentations, collating data,
- Arranging and scheduling work or social events.
Office Administration
- Function as first point of contact for the office managing incoming/outgoing correspondences,
- Maintain PPE/uniforms and equipment, ensuring stock levels and servicing are kept up to date,
- Collect the mail from the Australia Post Cloisters PO box and arrange couriers for parcels,
- Manage facility needs such as the kitchen and all the items within to ensure all stocks are fulfilled and the area is kept clean and tidy.
Position requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role,
- Exceptional organisation and time management,
- Advanced written and verbal communication,
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a high level of accuracy in preparing documents,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and coordinate tasks across teams and departments,
- Some after-hours work may be required for support to the team.
