Production Geologist Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated geologist with recent experience in static reservoir modelling, characterisation, and in-place volume estimation. We are seeking a highly skilled Production Geologist to support integrated gas assets within the East Browse basin.
About the Position
* The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team of production geologists, reservoir engineers, production technologists, and petrophysicists to deliver robust outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and maintain reservoir models using advanced skills.
* Support resource assessments, forecasting, and reservoir management.
* Deliver integrated reservoir characterization studies.
* Provide geological support for well operations.
* Identify and develop incremental gas opportunities.
* Participate in multidisciplinary engagement sessions.
* Collaborate with local and global teams.
* Work effectively as part of an experienced team.
Requirements
* University degree or equivalent in geoscience.
* Experience in reservoir modelling with uncertainty management.
* Strong data management skills and openness to new workflows.
* Reliable, consistent, and eager to learn.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Eligible to work in Australia, specifically in Perth.
