Clemenger BBDO Australia is looking for an established Payroll professional to join our finance team in Melbourne as the Payroll Manager for 4 well known agencies.
About the Role
To be successful in this role you will bring your payroll expertise, financial best practices and knowledge of process and experience. You will also be comfortable liaising with business leaders to provide guidance and advice for any payroll related questions or concerns. You will be covering 200 staff in both our Melbourne and Sydney offices, and show the following approach to your work:

**Responsibilities**:
- Permanent staff payroll - Responsible for payroll for approximately 200 permanent staff
- Point of contact for: staff payroll queries AND managers, employee queries (i.e. probation periods, termination of staff)
- Leave - Annual leave, Sick leave & Long service leave reconciliations, monthly provisions and forecasts
- Weekly arrivals and departures report
- Month end reporting - payroll expense account variances, monthly staff report, payroll expense accruals
- Reconciliation of PAYG tax obligations
- Visa requests and queries
- Reporting - Recruitment/Compensations/Training/Severance
Skills Required
- Payroll - minimum of 5 years' experience
- Superannuation knowledge
- Knowledge of Working visa's
- Spectra - Agency Finance system (Nice to have)
- Strong Excel skills
