We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food preparation and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment, with at least 12 months as a Sous Chef. You must be able to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day operation and hold a Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifications.
Able to lead by example and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, you will motivate your team to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You must possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, and willing to continue learning and growing within the company.
