**About the Role**
As a valued member of our compliance team, you will have a genuine passion and deep care for all things compliance. You will ensure our learners are adequately supported by the relevant stakeholders involved in their learning journey with our organisation, and you will be driven to ensure traineeships are completed to a high standard, thereby contributing to the key factors that differentiate us in the industry.
**Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing traineeship logistics with trainer, GTO, employer, AAC and DESBT.
- Performing Quality checks on learner files, documents, evidence of training and assessment
- Regularly updating the DELTA list information into Excel, AXcelerate [LMS], and Team Gantt
- Monitoring communication to identify learner's progress and ensure adequate learner support between trainers, the GTO and employers
- Updating existing and new Training and Assessment materials in collaboration with the Compliance Manager
- Updating and maintaining online training and assessment resources
- Creating course classes in AXcelerate in collaboration with the marketing manager etc.
**Mandatory Skills and Experience**
- Vocational Education Training (VET) background
- Experience in a similar role ensuring RTO Compliance with ASQA requirements
- Administration experience [working with a student management system]
- Knowledge of ASQA and Training Packages
- Understanding of Policies and Procedures Methodology
- Updating and mapping training and assessment resources
- Computer literacy at an Intermediate level
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated attention to detail abilities
- High degree of integrity
**Desirable Qualifications**
- Cert IV TAE - Trainer experience
- Diploma of Business or similar
