About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will take ownership of servicing a wide range of medical and patient‑handling equipment. Your role will include :
* Performing maintenance, repairs and testing across a broad equipment portfolio
* Delivering both preventative servicing and reactive breakdown support
* Providing exceptional service to customers in aged care and acute care environments
* Promoting service plans and contracts to customers across the region
* Identifying and supporting new business opportunities locally
* Completing accurate service documentation and compliant reporting
* Managing spare parts stock and maintaining inventory accuracy
* Ensuring safety, compliance and product integrity at all times
* Travelling within the wider QLD region to support customer needs
What You'll Bring
* Previous field service experience, ideally in healthcare or a service‑driven industry
* Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
* A proven commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet KPIs and service targets
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a close‑knit team
* Competence using hand tools, power tools and test / inspection equipment
* Confidence using tablets / iPads and digital reporting systems
* Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* A current QLD Class C Driver's Licence
