**Job Title:** Automation Tester
This role is responsible for designing and implementing an automation test suite for a leading University's new solution, as well as developing manual test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create end-to-end automation suites for progressive and regression testing to minimize overall testing effort.
* Automate functional scenarios using tools like Selenium and create frameworks using web test automation frameworks.
* IDentify technical/non-technical risks and suggest mitigation measures.
* Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strong system and testing objectives understanding.
* Design, create, execute, analyze automated and manual tests for progression and regression testing.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of Automation Testing experience, including use of Selenium.
* Experience in test tool management & Automation technologies using Jira, Qtest.
* Leadership experience in testing functions through the complete testing lifecycle.
* Collaboration skills with Project Management Teams and end users.
* Strong time management skills, prioritization, and working across multiple teams.
* Complex organization experience - higher education or government preferred.
