Water NSW – Tamworth, NSW – of relevant legislation, regulations and policies, and a proven track record in implementing them. Specifically: Just Terms Compensation, Conveyancing Act, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Strata Titles Act. Experience in the operation of computerised information management systems / asset management tools (e.g. GIS, EAMs) and a working knowledge of the relevant operations of the Land and Property Information Office. Nice to Have: Relevant government property or water sector experience.
