HR Project Manager (off-shore office implementation) - FTC | Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office per week | Sydney-based with occasional travel

Base pay range: A$145,000.00/yr – A$165,000.00/yr
FTC Salary: $165k base - Initial 6 months with a view to extend 2-3 months
Responsibilities
* Lead project management activities for the implementation of an off-shore HR office
* Coordinate HR function setup and related project deliverables
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across Sydney-based and off-shore teams
* Ensure project milestones are met within the FTC timeframe and travel requirements
* Collaborate with HR generalist and project teams to drive successful project outcomes

Qualifications & profile
The key is that you have HR generalist experience, project management experience, and most of all you have successfully completed similar projects in previous roles.
