With two dynamic clinics located in Ascot and Bulimba, we offer a vibrant and supportive environment focused on patient-centred care and professional development.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team. This position offers a diverse caseload, the opportunity to deliver hands-on treatment, and the ability to run individual and group exercise sessions in our fully equipped Pilates studios and rehabilitation gym.About UsOur team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, a Podiatrist, and a Massage Therapist, all passionate about delivering high-quality care across a range of specialties including:Musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapyClinical Pilates and rehabilitationNeurological and vestibular physiotherapyPre-employment assessments and hydrotherapyWe work with a varied client base, including private patients, DVA, WorkCover, CTP, NDIS, athletes, dancers, and children through to elderly clients.What We OfferA supportive, team-based culture with regular mentoring and in-servicesWell-equipped clinics with private rooms, Pilates studios, gym facilities, and access to hydrotherapy poolsClinical Pilates training through our training arm the Pilates Institute of Queensland (if required)Flexible work hours (including afternoon/evening and Saturdays), ideal for balancing sporting or personal commitmentsGenerous CPD allowance and growth opportunitiesAbove-award remuneration, tailored to your experience and skillsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 3 years' clinical experienceValid driver’s license and own carStrong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skillsA passion for Clinical Pilates and exercise-based rehabilitationA warm, personable approach and ability to build long-term client relationshipsCommitment to continued professional development and high-quality patient outcomesTeam-oriented mindset and strong communication skillsBonus: experience in women’s health, paediatrics, dance or neurological physiotherapyYour Role Will IncludeDelivering hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation programsRunning one-on-one and small group Clinical Pilates and circuit sessionsWorking across a mixed caseload with autonomy and supportParticipating in regular professional development and team collaborationReady to Join Us?If you're a motivated and personable physiotherapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys helping clients reach long-term health goals, we’d love to hear from you.
