The Opportunity This is an opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to play a key role in the ongoing growth of a leading Construction Engineering Team in their Sydney Team. Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer, who is either looking to relocate to Sydney or already working in the local market and looking for a role and team to really put their stamp on. The Company Our client are an employee-owned, multidisciplinary Engineering consultancy, medium sized, with an excellent reputation in the Australian market. Experienced National Team This is a high functioning team, delivering complex temporary works design to a diverse project portfolio across a range of landmark projects in Sydney and as part of the wider National Construction Engineering team across the large portfolio of infrastructure and building structural projects they are delivering. This is a role which requires collaboration, across internal and external teams to provide quality design and documentation for projects. You will be joining a Nationally experienced team of engineers; our client are one of the major players in the sector in Australia. To be considered You will be an experienced Structural Engineer with demonstratable project experience in Temporary and Construction Engineering design. You will have a sound knowledge of construction methodologies and experience in sequencing plans for a range of temporary design structures, including formwork, falsework, shoring, propping, crane basis. Chartered or working towards Chartership Knowledge of Australian Codes and standards and working in the Australian market is prefered for this opportunity but experience working in a similar positon in the UK would be considered, sponsorship for the right candidate would be offered.
