Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a territory plan based on target organizations and use cases to generate a pipeline of opportunities.
2. Gain expert knowledge of Neo4j solutions and their applicability.
3. Present to customers the benefits of graph technology versus other database approaches.
4. Manage sales cycles employing strategic selling strategies.
5. Build and present proposals involving Neo4j products and services.
6. Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineering to scope and deliver POCs.
7. Grow business in accounts you have landed (Land & Expand).
8. Support your Business Development Representative and guide marketing and channel efforts.
9. Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.com CRM.
10. Develop relationships with cloud partners like AWS, Google, and MS Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of success in selling technical solutions and software into enterprise markets.
* Experience selling data platforms to enterprise clients, preferably in Government and Financial Services sectors.
* Proficiency in enterprise sales strategies, including consultative and value selling, MEDDPICC methodology.
* Experience with open-source subscription models and hybrid deployments.
* Ability to manage large enterprise accounts up to C-level stakeholders.
* Experience in high-growth software companies with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of cloud tools, data landscape, including Generative AI, databases, ETL, and NoSQL.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* Strong conviction on how graph solutions fit into enterprise markets.
* Self-starter with ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
* Excellent references and attention to detail in CRM management.
* Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Docs, MS Office, Salesforce, and web conferencing.
