About the role
As the CMV Group continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, generalist role where you'll work across brand management, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
You'll primarily support our Suzuki franchise in South Australia and CMI Hino divisions in SA and Victoria, developing and implementing advertising, CRM initiatives, and marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with General Managers and dealership departmental managers and enjoy occasional interstate travel as part of this role.
Key requirements of the role
* Develop and execute marketing plans, including CRM strategies, to achieve business objectives
* Manage end-to-end advertising and CRM campaigns
* Design and oversee production of marketing materials (posters, flyers, newsletters, POS)
* Create impactful campaigns to drive lead generation
* Develop eDM content to inform customers and generate sales
* Organise and attend events such as product launches, exhibitions, and awards
* Monitor market trends and recommend improvements
* Coordinate advertising and sponsorship opportunities aligned with campaign objectives
* Collaborate with a high-performing, creative marketing team
Skills / Experience and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist marketing role
* Proficiency in graphic design software (InDesign, Photoshop)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essential
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
