About the role
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader you'll work closely with our project managers, environmental scientists and engineers and will play an important role assisting the team to ensure we achieve client and project objectives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, detail-oriented professional to deliver efficient, high-quality project support and related administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Direct administrative project support
* Project set up
* Budget reporting
* Bid coordination support
* Engage key stakeholders to gather input for business submissions and ensure timely delivery
* Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to submission
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates and bid material
* Accounts payable
* Assist in meetings and minuting meetings as required.
* Other ad hoc administrative tasks that arise
About you
The ideal candidate will be a team focussed and confident administrative professional with a minimum of 12 months experience performing a similar role and a desire to learn and develop their career.
In addition, you will have / be:
* Proficient in MS Office Applications: MS Word and Excel; with the ability utilise Excel functions and PowerPoint
* Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Pro
* Motivated and fast learner
* A high level of initiative, organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Strong accountability and reliability
* Positive personality, customer service and team focussed orientation
* Proven experience in project support or administrative roles within the construction sector is highly desirable
* Be an Australian citizen or hold Permanent Resident status
