The Role We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of FOH operations, including performance monitoring, rostering, stock ordering, and conducting internal checks to ensure smooth operations. You'll play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and mentoring a successful team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
