Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the definition and execution of the segment commercial strategy.
- Create a planning of the regional monthly and quarterly orders plans working with the Country Sales Manager and update the progress through CRM.
- Work closely with the Country Sales Manager to communicate the segment strategy to the field.
- Support the Business Unit Head of Power Transformer and Sales teams with Customer presentations and opportunity pipeline development.
- Provide commercial leadership for key, more complex opportunities—including strategy to win, positioning, differentiation, value proposition, pricing, etc.
- Work in close cooperation with the tendering teams to assure the timely delivery of high-quality and differentiated tender proposals.
- Be responsible for defining and assuring the execution of the pricing strategy.
- Develop deep technical expertise in the transformer (Power Transformers, Shunt Reactors, Special Transformers, and other products) product offerings, as well as deep market knowledge.
- Work jointly with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to drive development and delivery of current products and services to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Support trade shows and industry association meetings in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Support and cooperate closely with the Project Management Leader, Production Manager, and the Marketing team to develop the segment growth strategy through business planning processes.
- Monitor PSC trends, focus areas and ensure expectations of the PSCOs are well communicated to the company.
Required Skills
- Prior work experience with Power Transformers, Shunt Reactors, Special Transformers and Bushings design, function, and product familiarity
- Familiarity with Power Transformers, Shunt Reactors, Special Transformers and Bushings market and customers
- Successful orders growth track record
- Experience developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as Sales Manager.
- Ability to network and build relationships both internally and externally.
- Proven technical and analytical skills, shows proactive and innovative solution-based problem solving, target and teamwork oriented.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
