About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager atDahua Technology, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, pitching our range of security and surveillance solutions to prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing partners. This is a dynamic, field-based role suited for someone who thrives on building connections and driving business growth. Acompetitive remuneration package, including performance-based incentives and acar allowance, will be offered to the right candidate. Work location is not limited.Potential bases include Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, as well as other cities in Australia and New Zealand. Your ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, includingsystem integrators, large installers, distributors, consultants, and end-users. Plan and conduct business meetings and presentations to prospective clients (yes, PowerPoint skills will come in handy). Communicate new product developments, technical capabilities, and tailored solutions to meet client needs. Develop and execute agrowth strategyfocused on both financial outcomes and customer satisfaction. Prepare detailed business plans and periodic sales activity reports aligned with Dahua Technology's strategic objectives. Represent Dahua Technologyprofessionally at conferences, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Demonstrate agility and professionalism under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments. Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely execution of sales activities. Requirements5–8 yearsof proven experience inbusiness development, sales, or account management, ideally within thesecurity, surveillance, or technology industry. Demonstrated business development experience with CCTV systems, access control, video analytics, and IoT security solutions. Industry experience in property, construction, mining, education, or real estate security projectswill behighly regarded. A strong sales track record of winning new business and achieving revenue targets. Excellentpresentation, communication, and negotiationskills. Proficiency inMS OfficeandCRM systems Strong knowledge of thesecurity and surveillance marketand related technologies preferred. Outstandingtime management and organizationalskills. Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Sales, or a related field. Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities while remaining composed under pressure. Must be anAustralian citizen or permanent residentwith full working rights.
