The Branch & Hours
Your role as a field service technician means staying on the move – you will be building strong relationships with customers and working across a variety of job sites throughout Dalby and Toowoomba region.
* Standard hours: Mon‑Thurs 7:00am‑3:30pm with an early Friday finish (hours may be flexible)
* Regular overtime available, including weekend work for those wanting to boost earnings
The Role & Machinery
This role offers extensive opportunity to upskill across earthmoving, crushing, and screening equipment while taking on a mix of servicing and technical fault‑finding.
* Scheduled servicing, component change‑outs, PM work, and equipment/technology upgrades
* Breakdowns, diagnostics, fault finding, problem‑solving, and warranty repairs
Your Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll be a trade‑qualified light vehicle or diesel mechanic with a proactive attitude and the drive to learn.
* Trade qualification with experience in heavy machinery, transport, earthmoving, or mining
* Materials handling experience is an advantage but not essential
* Ability to work independently in the field, managing breakdowns and problem‑solving
* Hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills highly regarded (full training provided)
* Strong customer service skills and a positive approach to work
