COSMEX is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our well established and growing specialist plastic surgery and aesthetic practice, based in Epping.

About Our Role - In this key leadership role, our Practice Manager will be responsible for:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of our Practice (which offers both surgical and non-surgical procedures)
* Driving efficiency in the practice, business growth and practice success
* Overseeing Medicare and health fund billing and claiming, ECLIPSE, PRODA, HICAPS
* Leading, supporting and coaching the administration team as well as monitoring financial performance including revenue targets, budgets and expense control
* Staff management including onboarding, rostering, performance reviews and HR compliance
* Payroll management, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting (using Xero)
* Driving continuous improvement by creating and refining operational policies and procedures
* Ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining a culture of care, professionalism and respect
* Overseeing IT and practice software (Gentu and GHL CRM) to ensure smooth operations
* Support strategic growth initiatives including overseeing patient acquisition, referral pathways and digital marketing campaigns
About You: You are a dynamic, people-focused Practice Manager looking to take your career to the next level.
To be successful, you will have:
* Previous experience managing a specialist medical practice
* Strong leadership and people management skills, including conflict resolution and staff development.
* Financial management experience, including payroll, accounts, Xero reporting and budget oversight and experience with Dext will be highly regarded.
* A strategic, solutions-focused mindset, always looking for opportunity to "find a better way"
* High-level communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Practice Principals
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced medical environment
* Confidence using medical software and standard business technologies - (Gentu and GHL experience will be highly regarded)

Days and Hours: Full Time
We are seeking a committed leader who can work 5 days per week — however, we value work-life balance through flexible start/finish times and a workplace culture that values wellbeing and teamwork. A dynamic leader who is seeking 4 days will be considered for our role.
Our Practice Support Team: You'll be supported by a long-standing administration and reception team, patient co-ordinator, theatre co-ordinator, a Business Development Manager, IT manager, marketing manager, social media manager and a People & Culture HR Consultant – who have all helped our business thrive.
