Employment Location: Sydney-based (Hybrid / Work from home)

Leave: 20 Annual Leave Days, 10 Sick Leave Days

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM AEST

Role Overview:

This is a hands‑on sales and customer development role. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision‑makers, and driving engagement for Inform Group’s resourcing, digital marketing, and managed service offerings. You’ll work closely with our Philippines‑based operations team to ensure smooth service execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development and Sales
- Identify, target, and engage potential customer (Tech companies, IT Vendors, distributors, MSPs, and resellers)
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs across resourcing, staffing, and marketing demand generation
- Lead discovery calls, capability presentations, and customer meetings (virtual or in person)
- Achieve set sales and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations or statements of work

- Customer Management

- Transition recent customers into ongoing support and account management
- Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the operations team and relevant stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional Inform Group services

- Collaboration and Reporting

- Work closely with sales and internal delivery teams to align on customer expectations
- Share market feedback and customer insights to support continuous improvement
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering outreach activities, pipeline progress and forecasts

Qualifications and Experience

- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally within staffing, outsourcing or marketing services
- Established network or prior experience engaging with Tech companies
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Must be Sydney‑based within approx. 1 hour commute to Chatswood
- Must have a suitable work‑from‑home setup and comply with Inform’s IT and security standards
