Overview

John Hughes Welshpool is seeking a highly organised and reliable Administration Clerk to support the scheduling and coordination of works across multiple departments within our operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping people, processes, and schedules running smoothly.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling, tracking, and coordinating work across a range of departments. Your ability to communicate clearly, prioritise tasks, and manage competing deadlines will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate works across multiple departments
* Liaise with internal teams to manage workflow and priorities
* Monitor job progress and update schedules accordingly
* Maintain accurate records and system data
* Handle phone and email enquiries professionally
* Support operational teams with general administrative duties
About You
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with a professional manner
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* Competent with Microsoft Office and internal systems
* Previous administration or scheduling experience preferred
