Job Title: Sales And Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of farm, contractor, and dealer accounts across Southeastern Queensland.
* Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions (software, hardware, services) that meet client needs.
* Deliver product demonstrations, trials, technical support & training to key stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to tailor solutions that drive growth.
* Achieve or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
About You:
* Proven experience in B2B / field sales (3+ years), preferably in agricultural technology, machinery, or precision farming.
* Comfortable handling consultative sales cycles for complex products.
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
