We need someone to assist with delivering exceptional customer service, a friendly atmosphere, and a commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll be key to creating an unforgettable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling service bookings with care and accuracy. Keep repair orders up to date and manage appointments efficiently. Offer friendly support for customer inquiries and ensure all calls and interactions are logged properly.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer service booking calls with a smile and book appointments with precision and care.
- Update repair orders and ensure every detail is in order.
- Manage service bookings, ensuring that each customer’s needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Follow up with customers when back‑ordered parts arrive and keep them in the loop.
- Be the go‑to person for customer inquiries, offering friendly, helpful support every step of the way.
- Log all telephone calls and customer interactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- File completed paperwork.

Skills & Experience

- Experience: prior reception role within retail, hospitality, or automotive is preferred but not required.
