About the Reception Role
As a key member of our Client Success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and shaping the client journey.
This role involves managing the Reception area, providing administrative support, and overseeing documentation to ensure timely correspondence with regulatory bodies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Reception area and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day office operations
* Ensure accurate management of digital and physical documentation
* Oversee ASIC secretarial services using CAS 360 software
* Maintain efficient communication with regulatory bodies
* Update the client database to ensure accuracy
* Co-ordinate incoming client communications, including phone calls and emails
* Maintain the mail register and coordinate mail collection as needed
* Support client onboarding and off-boarding processes
* Coordinate electronic signing processes for tax packages and other documentation
