As Executive Manager for the Mid North Coast, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role with the mandate to drive strategic growth and strengthen our business banking presence across this vibrant region. What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire a Business Banking team across the Region.

What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
* A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
* Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
* A track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
* Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
