The Position
- Managing the Directors’ complex schedules, communications, and priorities
- Coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless execution
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing administrative, compliance, and operational support functions
- Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and team culture
- Assisting with financial oversight, approvals, and reporting

- Proven experience in Real Estate
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential matters
- Tech-savviness and the ability to manage systems and processes efficiently
