* Manage procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and quality standards.
* Monitor stock levels and financial records to maintain efficient inventory and financial accountability.
* Ensure dining facilities meet health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance.
* Engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring high satisfaction levels with meals and service.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of both kitchen and service staff, fostering a productive work environment.
* Assist in reservations, greeting guests, and supporting order-taking during peak hours as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in hospitality and/or management.
Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
