Vac Pac Gutter Clean is a family business located South of Mandurah. We generally operate between Kwinana and Bunbury and regularly venture a little further afield to meet customer needs. We have a very loyal customer base both commercial and residential which is growing each and every day. On the ground, we have a few custom-built vehicles, a mobile unit and now looking to expand as we are in growth mode once again.
We are based 30 minutes South of Mandurah, most days your shift will start here commencing at various start times to suit the daily workload.
No experience required; however, we are looking for a friendly, fit and hardworking individual who's not afraid of heights or hard work to fill this role.
Are you good on a roof as that's where you'll spend the majority of your time - Single storey, double storey and more with a harness. Your role entails vacuuming customer's gutters usually from the roof on both residential and commercial buildings using one of our powerful custom-built units.

- **Essential** - We are looking for a Labourer/Operator who likes people and can interact well with customers and other members of the team.
- **Essential** - Must be able to work unsupervised as this role will eventually lead to undertaking works on your own in one of our custom-built units.
- **Essential**:
- Physically fit, willing and able to commit to a good days work.
- **Essential** - Manual driver's license as all our custom-built vehicles are manual transmission.
- **Essential** - Good people skills. Clients needs are the core of our business so you must possess good customer relationship skills.
- **Essential** - Good presentation, must be clean cut and tidy as you're representing our brand name.
- **Essential** - Strong listening skills and able to retain information to follow through on specific directions to meet business requirements.
- **Essential** - Must be totally reliable and trustworthy.
- **Essential** - Must be willing to have the flu vaccination annually as this is a requirement for the Aged Care Centres that we service.
- **Essential** - Police Clearance will be required and you MUST be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests.
- **Desirable**:
- 'Working at Heights' ticket - Not essential though as we're more interested in the right person that we can work with and put through the necessary courses.
