About the role:
* Advising on environmental, planning and approvals strategy for major projects
* Working on development approvals, environmental licences, clearing permits and compliance frameworks
* Advising on climate, heritage, native title and land access issues
* Helping clients manage regulator engagement, investigations and enforcement risk
* Running or supporting planning appeals, judicial review, prosecutions and administrative challenges where required
The ideal candidate:
* Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE
* Knowledge of WA planning laws desirable
* Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
* Excellent communication and client management skill
* A collaborative approach and eagerness to work in a high-performing, close-knit team
