Why You'll Love This Role
Join the team as an IT Systems Support Technician and make a real difference. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support across the Kieser Australia network, helping team members with M365, core systems, and in-house software. You'll also work closely with the Product Owner and development team to keep operations running smoothly while based in the South Melbourne Support Office with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-level technical support for M365, Logic / Logic+, Kieser Konnect, and other IT systems
* Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently while maintaining clear documentation
* Assist with administering the M365 tenancy, including user accounts, security settings, and application support
* Deliver level 1 support for in-house software and collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and enhancements
* Monitor system performance, identify issues early, and carry out routine maintenance and updates
* Support the creation and delivery of user training for M365 and Kieser applications
* Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation
* Work closely with IT, development, and operational teams to understand needs and communicate updates to users
* This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week. $77,000 per annum + superannuation.

Must-haves
* Diploma or higher level qualification in IT
* 1+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a helpdesk or technical support environment
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Ability to trouble-shoot and diagnose IT problems with a view to correcting or passing to appropriate teams for resolution
* Ability to interact with Kieser staff and clients to understand issues and explain resolutions
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external IT service providers
* Superior attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work
* Effective time management and organisational skills
Nice-to-haves
* Implementation of AI tools to create efficiencies in the software support system/ process
* Experience in providing training or user support in a corporate or healthcare setting
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
