You will play a pivotal role in overseeing our current projects in Perth Metropolitan Region.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractor teams to ensure that everything progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate procurement for various ongoing active projects
* Monitor construction progress, ensuring it aligns with schedules and quality standards.
* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
* Promote a culture of safety and excellence.
* Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, and any changes to the project scope.
* Enforce safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor/Leading Hand in civil infrastructure projects.
* Thorough knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
