Administration Officer - Latrobe Leisure
Temporary Part Time positions up 20 hours a week until August 2026
Salary: Hourly rate: $37.25 plus 12% Superannuation

We are seeking enthusiastic administrators who can make a real impact in the community through their work at Latrobe Leisure.
About this Role
As Administration Officer you will support the Centre Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Facility.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative tasks including:
* Handling customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.
* Registering and maintaining customer details including general bookings, swimming lessons, memberships and other programs
* Providing administrative support to Latrobe Leisure.
About You
For this position we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide quality administrative support.
You will have:
* Experience in administration and time management
* Experience in cash-handling
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Advanced First Aid Certificate (Level 2 First Aid)
* Be willing to obtain and maintain a Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
* Diploma or relevant qualification in recreation management, business management or business administration, Food Handlers Certificate and/or Pool Operators qualification obtained or willing to obtain.
