Our client seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a high-performing team that values professionalism, communication, and genuine client care. About the Role:
This is a dynamic and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for managing a quality portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring every property is maintained to a high standard. The role offers autonomy, support from an Assistant Property Manager, and the opportunity to work within a business that values professionalism, efficiency, and genuine client care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties with support from your Assistant. With your assistant you will cover the full end-to-end management process, including:
* Assisting with routine inspections, entry & exit reports
* Handling tenant and landlord communications
* Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
* Supporting leasing processes and open homes
* Administrative duties relating to tenancy management
What We’re Looking For:
* A positive attitude
* Proven experience in managing a portfolio
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* QLD Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
* Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Experience in real estate/property (preferred but not essential)
