Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager

We are seeking a high-performing Financial Accountant / Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function across the group.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in autonomous, high-responsibility environments and wants to play a key role in shaping a growing business.
This is not a traditional accounting role, you will be responsible for end-to-end finance across multiple entities, working directly with senior leadership and the KS Group CFO, with full visibility of business performance.
You will have the opportunity to:
* Build and refine finance processes
* Drive reporting and insights
* Influence decision-making at a group level
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Control & Reporting
* Own full financial operations across AU, NZ, and SG entities
* Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting
* Provide clear financial insights to support business decisions
* Month-End & Discipline
* Own and deliver a 5–7 day month-end close
* Maintain strong balance sheet integrity and reconciliations
* Intercompany & multi-entity
* Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across jurisdictions
* Ensure consistency and accuracy across all entities
* Budgeting & Performance
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
* Provide variance analysis and performance insights
* Stakeholder Management
* Liaise closely with KS Group CFO and Head Office finance team
* Coordinate with external accountants across AU, NZ, and SG
* Systems & Improvement
* Own and optimise the Zoho One finance ecosystem
* Drive automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement
This role is for a strong, self-sufficient accountant who takes ownership and delivers without supervision.
You will bring:
* 5–10+ years' experience in a hand on accounting role
* Proven ability to run month-end independently
* Experience in multi-entity or group environments
* Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
* High attention to detail and accountability
Highly regarded:
* Exposure to international operations
* Experience with Zoho or similar cloud-based systems
* CA / CPA qualification

* Financials delivered accurately and on time, every month
* Intercompany balances fully reconciled and controlled
* Clear visibility of business performance and cash flow
* Strong alignment with CFO and Head Office
* Continuous improvement in systems and processes
Remuneration
$100,000 – $130,000 + Super
Important
This role is best suited to candidates who:
* Have run a full finance function or similar level of responsibility
* Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
* Take ownership and accountability for outcomes
It is not suited to junior accountants or those seeking a purely transactional role.
