The Role:
Provide a range of relevant, discipline-specific assessments including functional assessments, worksite assessments and more
Provide case management services to your clients, holistically facilitating their recovery journey
Participate in a range of new and ongoing projects
Lias with a variety of relevant stakeholders
Work autonomously as you service your clients and collaboratively with the wider NSW team
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy (with relevant registration & membership- AHPRA, ESSA)
Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
The ability to work effectively in a friendly team
Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
Good relationship-building ability.
