The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will develop and implement local market activation of the Swatch & Flik Flak global marketing strategy.
You'll support the brand strategy by planning and executing marketing activities across traditional and digital media, events, retail marketing, visual merchandising and PR, while managing the annual marketing budget.
We're looking for a true creative with strong drive, fresh ideas and genuine brand passion, someone who brings energy, imagination and ownership to every campaign.
Lead annual marketing strategy and planning for SWATCH & Flik Flak
Develop and present annual marketing, media and product launch plans
Identify and activate local and international marketing opportunities
Manage PR, digital strategy, influencers and media outreach
Oversee traditional media planning, buying and campaign production
Drive omni-channel, CRM, EDM and social media engagement
Plan and deliver brand, product launch and VIP events end-to-end
Develop cooperative marketing programs for retailers and corporate stores
Work with shopping centres and manage visual merchandising briefs and rollouts
Manage marketing budgets, reporting, purchase orders and approvals
Communicate marketing activity internally and present updates to leadership
This role is based 5 days in our Richmond Head Office with interstate travel as per business requirements.
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / PR / Communications
Minimum 5 years marketing management experience in the consumer goods industry (retail and wholesale)
Passionate about bringing the brand to life through marketing initiatives
Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in digital marketing
Knowledge of the latest digital media trends and insights
Relationship building and management skills
Excellent computer literacy skills; Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience working with Illustrator / Photoshop is a plus
Excellent organisational skills / project management / attention to detail / negotiation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Creativity and ideas generation to maximise marketing initiatives
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
Numerical and financial skills / analytical and problem-solving skills
Technologically savvy
Energy, passion drive and enthusiasm
