They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for optimising digital marketing campaigns, including EDMs, social media, website updates, and creative content.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, execute, and optimise EDM campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
* Create, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Manage and distribute internal marketing communications.
* Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and basic CMS management (WordPress or similar).
* Design marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, social posts, and digital ads.
* Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
* Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
* Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
* Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to plan, execute, and refine marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role.
* Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite for graphic design.
* Experience with EDM platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management.
* Basic to intermediate web development/CMS experience (WordPress or similar).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
* Creative, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
* Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or the technology/IT sector is a plus.
