Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for people and marketing?

Join a fast-growing transport insurance office that is driving change in the industry with the launch of a new program addressing psychosocial hazards in the workplace, specialising in the transport industry.

We are looking for an Administration and Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact in both operations and workplace culture.


About the Role


This busy, varied and interesting role will see your daily tasks include, but not limited to:

Administrative Responsibilities:

* Maintain business systems and operational workflow.
* Co-ordinate and delegate tasks.
* Organise internal meetings and training registers
* Support the preparation of administrative documentation.
* Work directly with Company Director and support Executive Team.
* Assist with day-to-day administrative duties, as required

Marketing Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning, promotion and roll out of new program.
* Collaborate with founder to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
* Create, schedule and share engaging content (written and visual) across various platforms and channels.
* Manage and grow social media accounts.
* Plan and execute (virtual and in person) events.


About you


This is a dual role which requires strengths to complete both administrative and marketing duties.

This role is within a specialist industry with the opportunity for continual growth and momentum.

* Proactive, adaptable and team oriented.
* Proficiency with Adobe Cloud Systems. Experience with Illustrator, InDesign and/or photoshop.
* Strong Microsoft Office knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word and OneDrive systems.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and pleasant phone manner.

* Knowledge of social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook and Linked in
* Adaptability to switch between creative marketing tasks and administration work.
* Work independently and take ownership of projects, completing tasks within specified timeframe and meet deadlines.
* High level of organisational with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Relevant marketing experience and/or tertiary qualifications in a related field (events, marketing, communication or business) would be highly regarded.
