Service Delivery Manager role at Compnow.
What you’ll do
* Holding the accountability for delivery of all services to contracted Service Levels.
* Reviewing, completing and authorising Service Level Reports summarising Compnow service achievements.
* Providing an escalation path to raise any issues of failed service delivery and requests for extraordinary service.
* Managing the contractual responsibilities and obligations related to the day-to-day operational delivery of agreed services.
* Managing, developing and mentoring all delivery staff.
* Leading operational team leaders to manage strategic and operational risks effectively.
* Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through formal meetings and reporting.
* Coordinating relevant subject matter experts to provide advice to customer requirements.
What you’ll bring
* Previous experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role. MSP experience is highly desirable.
* Experience managing service quality and SLAs.
* Solid experience leading and managing diverse operational support teams.
* Customer management and negotiation skills.
* Proven track record of managing customer escalations.
What else you need to apply
* Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and client sites.
* Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
* Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working with Children Check.
