We are looking for a proactive, organised Health Programs Coordinator (Primary Health Consultant) to join a supportive, values-driven team who are passionate about improving health outcomes for those who need it most.

What you would be doing
Every day you will provide high-level administrative support to the team under the guidance of team Leads. Your focus will be:
* Project and Research Support: Gather information and prepare summaries to inform service planning
* Resource development: Assist with the development, formatting and distribution of tools and templates
* Events support: Contribute to the delivery of health promotion initiatives and supporting the coordination of events such as workshops and training sessions
Here's what you'll look like
You might have a background in public health, health sciences, health and community sector or have administration or project support experience in healthcare or human services.
These skills will set you up for success:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
* A keen eye for identifying opportunities, creative thinking and well-developed problem-solving skills
* Subject matter expertise in Residential Aged Care and/or a health setting would be an advantage
