The Role
This is not a brand role. It\'s not a coordination role. It\'s a hands-on, performance-first growth position at the centre of our FY26/27 strategy.
You will own demand generation end-to-end — designing and executing AI-enhanced programs that drive measurable pipeline growth. You\'ll work in close partnership with Sales and our SDR team, and you\'ll be held accountable to real revenue outcomes.

What You\'ll Own
* Demand generation programs across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
* Marketing-sourced pipeline growth — you own the number
* MQL → SQL conversion and funnel velocity
* AI-enabled marketing workflows that create leverage across the funnel
* Attribution clarity and reporting discipline
* Sales and SDR alignment — improving lead quality and acceptance rates
What Success Looks Like
* Own and deliver a 30% YoY increase in marketing-sourced pipeline
* Implement AI-enabled improvements across the full funnel
* Tighten the Marketing–Sales feedback loop and improve SQL acceptance
* Build a repeatable experimentation cadence with clear hypothesis testing and learning loops
* Establish a clear path to Head of Growth or Marketing Director
About You
* 3–5 years in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth marketing
* Track record of owning demand generation programs — not just running campaigns
* Commercially wired — you think in pipeline and revenue, not just leads and clicks
* AI-native — you use AI as infrastructure to move faster, not as a novelty
* A builder — you ship, test, and iterate without waiting for perfect conditions
* Hands-on in HubSpot and Salesforce — attribution and funnel data are your native language
* Comfortable owning numbers and being held accountable for them
* Slightly ahead of your years — you\'ve progressed quickly because you deliver
