The roster: Permanent Full-Time (Tuesday to Saturday roster)
The location: RATIONALE Hyde Park Flagship
You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail and service experiences.
You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training.
You will perform RATIONALE’s world-class luxury facial treatments.
Apply our professional-grade formulations with a luxury massage technique, and utilise non-invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy, ultrasound).
You will provide informative skin analysis, tailored skincare product recommendations, and bespoke treatment plans to your clients.

ABOUT YOU
A qualification in beauty, skin, or dermal therapy.
Experience in a spa or clinic environment, in a similar role.
Experience in delivering tailored treatments and retail product prescriptions.
Demonstrated excellent client service in a retail or luxury environment.
Passion for skin science, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management, and organisational skills.
Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture.
