Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to provide trauma-informed clinical services in a flexible, part-time or full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a relational, client-centred care philosophy and be skilled in assessment and intervention across varied client needs.
The successful candidate will have experience in private practice or equivalent settings, with a focus on integrative clinical approaches. They will also be open to feedback-informed treatment and utilisation of outcome measurement.
Working in a small, close-knit team allows for the sharing of knowledge, celebration of successes, and support in maintaining a grounded approach. Our practice serves a diverse community, with many clients navigating trauma, defence force transitions, and life upheavals.
* Fully registered psychologist (3-5+ years post-registration)
* Experience in private practice or equivalent settings
* Trauma-informed, relational, integrative approach
* Skilled in both assessment and intervention across varied client needs
* Open to feedback-informed treatment & utilisation of outcome measurement
