About The RoleAs an Insto Digital Backbone - Onboarding Implementation Lead, you’ll play a key role in leading the implementation of Digital Backbone, focusing on customer AML risk rating and KYC activities to network the network for Institutional clients.You will report to the Lead, Workflow and Architecture. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and embedding operational processes and financial crime control uplift, emphasizing sustainable solutions that drive simplification, automation, and improved end-to-end customer and banker experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, projects, and group functions like finance, risk, and data governance to ensure effective delivery.Banking is evolving, and we’re evolving with it, offering our people opportunities to learn, grow, and innovate.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: 242 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000 / 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full time
What will your day look like?
Collaborate with institutional business teams, operational teams, and financial crime units to interpret requirements, understand impacts, and define solutions.
Provide training documentation and review customer artifacts.
Develop target operating models and document new processes.
Assist project teams and delivery partners with change management and operational adjustments.
Perform quality reviews to ensure solutions meet business objectives and support operational implementation.
Support change impact activities aligned with ANZ’s Change Management Framework.
What will you bring?
Strong domain knowledge of customer services, products, and channels at ANZ.
Proven experience in Business Implementation within ANZ.
Experience in Financial Crime, Risk, or Compliance is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues professionally.
Experience in project delivery or embedding change is highly regarded.
