This is a full time, permanent chance based in our Perth office. The role supports both internal and external customers with the sale and supply of parts, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support for our Newman Branch.
Responsibilities
Manage ordering and procurement of all parts for the manufacturing/workshop team in the Newman Branch
Source parts and lead times for products not currently in stock
Release parts in line with the required production schedule
Maintain part status overview for the production team
Act as the designated point of contact for parts warehouse liaison
Align with the production team on part availability to support the manufacturing schedule
Qualifications and Competencies
Previous experience in parts sourcing/procurement (ideally within a similar industry)
Logistics to coordinate the movements of parts; forklift ticket desirable
A mechanical or technical background is preferred
High levels of customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of an ERP system; Movex experience is highly desirable
Perth based role with 25% site travel to Newman
Local valid driver's license; ability to obtain forklift license

Full Time / 38 hours per week
Overtime as required – penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
