We encourage people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and people with disability to apply.About the roleAs Disability Support Leader, you will play a critical role in providing personalised coaching and mentoring for Disability Support Workers, so they can uplift their skills and knowledge as disability support professionals. You will manage a number of houses ensuring clients are enabled to maximise choice and control, and employees are actively supporting services to be safe and compliant. This is a 12 month maximum term (parental leave cover) full-time position where you will demonstrate your leadership skills, experience in the disability sector and focus on strength-based practice and empowerment.
