Senior Account Executive - Channel - Central America
Overview
The Central America Channel Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with partners with the objective of meeting or exceeding assigned sales goal.
Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed targets through the identification and prioritization of opportunities and execution of company's channel sales process
* Work with account management team on strategic and high value customer growth opportunities
* Act as an escalation point for account management team in the resolution of complex partner issues
* Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis
* Develop and execute on a comprehensive partner business plan that identifies opportunities for growth and expansion
* Collaborate with all available partner and company resources to develop and maintain pipeline
* Record all customer account information in the CRM, including registration and assignment of leads, conversations, visits and joint sales calls
* Operate as a liaison to partner; ensure all company strategies and communications are disseminated and understood
* Take consistent ownership on the execution of critical partner-led opportunities, to include co-selling or acting as a sales coach to partners at various stages of the sales process
Basic Qualifications
* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in the Central America territory
* Experience in software sales and/or channel sales
* Demonstrated knowledge of sales in relevant technology solution
* Proficiency in demonstrating the company's software solution set
* Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
* Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
* Strong at gaining consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels
* Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
* Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversight
* Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
* Up to 50% travel time required
* Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
