Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level support to the Chief Revenue Officer and day-to-day support to the sales team
* Assist the national sales team with CRM - HubSpot updates, reporting, and daily administrative tasks
* Coordinate and compile tender submissions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time
* Support marketing with customer targeting and campaign coordination
* Prepare performance reports and assist with sales analysis
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have
* At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably within a sales or commercial environment
* Experience in construction, manufacturing or piping industries would be great
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and organisation skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably admin-level experience
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to sales data
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
