What You'll Be Doing
* Installation of commercial and residential air conditioning and ventilation systems
* Working across various construction sites throughout Melbourne
* Collaborating with project managers and other tradespeople to keep workflows running efficiently
* Conducting installations in a timely and safe manner using strong organisation and problem-solving skills
* Adhering to all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualification in Mechanical Plumbing (essential)
* Minimum 3–4 years' experience as a Mechanical Plumber in the air conditioning industry
* Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems
* Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to safety and quality standards
* Valid driver's licence
